Last summer, we hosted our first sound baths in the garden. The feedback was so positive we have a season of sound planned for 2023! And first up is this deliciously awakening sound bath to begin the season.
Garden favourite Jojo Sounds will be back to lead us on a deeply-immersive journey, a full-body listening experience that intentionally uses sound to invite gentle yet powerful therapeutic and restorative processes to nurture mind and body.
Our sound bath events this season are in aid of Women for Women International’s Afghanistan projects. They’ll take place underneath the willow tree in Quinton Old Rectory Garden, with idyllic views over the swimming pond.
Spaces on the event cost £15, which includes calming herbal teas and a sweet treat to look forward to after the sound bath. We’re limiting numbers to 16, so please get in early to secure your space.
Bookings can be made via our sister site Breathe4Good by clicking here
NB: this is an outdoor event, so weather dependent. In the event of inclement weather, the event will be rearranged and refunds offered to anyone who cannot make the revised date.
Please note: It’s advised not to attend a sound bath if you’re in the first trimester of pregnancy (0-12 weeks), have a pacemaker/defib or diagnosed heart condition or cardiovascular disorder, are epileptic or have any metal implanted in the body (eg joint replacements)
