The garden’s healing herb heart, full of therapeutic, medicinal and culinary herbs, is a recent addition to the garden and has inspired this latest workshop offering
We’ve teamed up with the wonderful Sara Dixon to bring you this fabulous experiential workshop. Sara is a former lawyer and management consultant turned herb aficionado. She grows herbs, runs herbal cookery demonstrations and is BBC Radio Northampton’s go-to person on herbs and cookery
We’ll enjoy a herbal tea on arrival at the workshop before heading up to the healing herb heart for a herb tasting and a lesson from Sara on cooking with herbs throughout the year. After that, we’ll have some fun preserving herbs in different ways before embarking on the preparation of a three course herb infused lunch. There’ll be some hands on prep work for participants as well as a demonstration from Sara. And the best bit? We get to enjoy the herby lunch al fresco before the workshop closes at 2pm
All profits from the workshop will be donated to Unseen, a charity that supports victims of human trafficking and modern day slavery
We can’t wait for this one! Tickets for the workshop are £60 and we have just 10 spaces available. Click here to book yours
Joining instructions will be sent to all participants a week or so before the event
