“Silence is not the absence of something but the presence of everything”

Join us in our Silent Space in Quinton Old Rectory Garden for an hour long guided meditation on nature in nature this World Meditation Day
The benefits of meditation on our physical and mental wellbeing are well documented. Couple that with time spent in nature and you have a powerful combination!
Meditators of all levels of experience (and of none whatsoever) are all welcome to our celebration
We’re asking for a £10 per person charitable donation (which we’ll pass on the local branch of the charity Mind) for this event (to be collected on the day, with contactless payment preferred). Please email us to reserve your spot
NB: this is an outdoor event, and will be rescheduled in the event on inclement weather on 20 May
