Following the excitement of the previous day, take time out for some reflection on poetry, words and connection on the longest day of 2020. Our meditation guru Raj Rajani will lead us inwards through gentle meditation practices combining seated and walking meditation. Thoroughly relaxed and replenished, we’ll then enjoy a delicious and sustaining grazing table brunch.
No previous experience of meditation is required.
Please wear comfortable clothes and bring a yoga mat if you have one. A warm jumper and blanket might also be an idea.
