Midsummer’s weekend; the power of the sun at its peak, the garden in full bloom and all of the potential of the past few months begins to be realised. It’s a perfect time to manifest dreams, to bask in nature and to celebrate. What better time to come together for a glorious outdoor retreat day?

We’re so glad to be able to offer this day retreat at Quinton Old Rectory garden. Co-led by Wendy Loughlan, founder and owner of Alchemise Yoga Studio, and Emma Wise, breath coach and Garden4Good creator, our retreat day will celebrate the power of the sun on one of the longest days of the year.

During the retreat you’ll experience:

• An extended dynamic yoga practice, channelling the potent energies of midsummer

• Outdoor swimming in the garden’s natural pool

• A lesson in Ayurvedic self massage using rose-petal infused oil

• Journalling

• Time to explore the garden

• Potent breathwork practices

• The sounds of Wendy’s Alchemy Crystal Singing Bowls to close the retreat

• Home-brewed herbal teas to support your retreat journey and Emma’s home-made and gut-friendly cooling shrub drinks

• A fabulous lunch of high vibrational foods to fill you with energy and vitality for the day; summer soups, nutrient packed salads, home made breads. Plus sweet treats and fruit during the day

Timings: arrive at 9.45am for a 10am start, depart at 4.30pm

**Full joining instructions, including a list of things to being with you, will be emailed to participants a few days ahead of the retreat**

**This is an outdoor event, so weather dependent. In the event of inclement weather on 22 June, we will seek to make alternative arrangements for the retreat which may include postponing**
