The last year has been tough for so many of us. As we gradually start to ease out of lockdown and restrictions on social contact are relaxed, the idea of reconnection feels prescient.
As we begin to connect back to the altered outside world, there’s an invitation to take a parallel inner journey reconnecting with our own selves, our paths and our purpose. Our first wellbeing event of 2021 picks up on this theme
Our Reconnection event will start with an active outdoor yoga practice under our willow tree. Led by the lovely Sue Wood, expect plenty of movement, breathwork, mantra and mudra. The yoga practice will last for an hour or so, and be followed with an optional cold swim in the garden’s natural swimming pond. We’ll then round off with herbal teas and homemade cake at the fire pit to warm us all up again.
The cost of the event is £15, including cake and herbal tea. Profits from the event will be donated to Eve, a Northamptonshire based charity committed to transforming lives affected by domestic abuse. Please email us at hello@garden4good.co.uk to reserve a space.
Numbers are strictly limited to 6.
NB: this is an outdoor event, so weather dependent. In the event of inclement weather on 13th April, the event will be rearranged, initially for 16th April.
